Dave brings 20 years of sales and management experience to SOAR and our customers, including the knowledge and skills needed to provide strategic planning and project management services as a means to develop and sustain crucial relationships. Dave has been instrumental in growing the digital signage business unit at LSI and bringing innovative digital and graphic solutions to businesses nationwide.
Joining LSI in January 2016, Terry heads up sales initiatives designed to bring SOAR products to customers. Leading the SOAR sales team, Terry provides sales leads and opportunities, and helps to close leads and start long-time customer relationships. He frequents industry trade shows and events to further the SOAR brand in the digital industry.
On the LSI team for nearly 10 years, Sharron serves as a key member of the sales force at SOAR. Dedicated to key relationships, Sharron helps to develop and maintain customer connections for SOAR. These relationship aim to help build SOAR’s reputation in the marketplace and establishing SOAR as the go to provider in the digital signage space.
With almost two decades of experience in print and digital; James is responsible for managing the creation and deployment of dynamic content for indoor and outdoor digital systems. The SOAR creative team is dedicated to finding the best tools to develop engaging, entertaining and educational content experiences.
Dave offers nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, including nearly a decade with LSI, where he focused on design, specification, installation and service of LED video boards and digital signage systems. Today, Dave serves as SOAR’s product line manager, directing the research of products that comprise digital systems; he is our go-to resource for product information.
With more than 30 years of experience, David is responsible for ensuring customers’ orders are successfully assembled, installed and operationalized at their final location. He manages the installation department, internal and external resources, and coordinates with all related functions including packing and shipping, transportation and security.
Originally an installation coordinator in 2000, Tim went digital in 2010 and now serves as SOAR’s customer service supervisor. As our chief problem solver, he and his team handle support calls to keep customer’s computers and screens up and running. Assisting in the set-up of computers and the operation of digital screens on-site, Tim is dedicated to solving any issue that arises.
Melanie has been the leader of the design, development and execution of LSI B2B marketing campaigns for nearly a decade. Relying on her experience with large, medium and small businesses in diverse industries, Melanie oversees Marketing for LSI Graphic Solutions and SOAR
