In 2014, Lavery Automotive Sales and Service began searching for ways to improve the customer experience as part of its newly renovated showroom. With a new showroom came a new initiative: make changes to provide a more interactive and engaging customer experience in an environment typically focused on sales. Lindsay Lavery, who manages digital content for the dealership, was first introduced to the idea of a live social media feed in a local coffee shop. After presenting the idea to sales management, the dealership began looking into options to enhance the showroom. SOAR was tapped to evaluate the opportunity.
Panda Express, a well-established and fast-growing Chinese food restaurant concept, is currently known for its more than 1,600 locations nationwide. Owned and operated solely by the Panda Restaurant Group, the company has now expanded to offer franchise options with an average of 75 new and 50-100 remodeled stores per year. In 2012, the company sought out new digital signage solution providers. As it began its search, the company connected with its current provider for drive thru experiences, LSI Graphic Solutions, to learn more about the company’s digital signage business unit, SOAR.
